Nutricost Dandelion Root 525mg, 240 Capsules - 1575mg Serving, Non-GMO, Gluten Free

I've been taking various supplements for quite some time but didn't realize dandelion contained a good amount of antioxidants. This supplement contains only one main ingredient: dandelion extract. For anyone who has read my other reviews of supplements in capsule form, you'll know I always dump the contents of capsules into liquid and consume it that way. For those of you who do the same, you'll find this one has an earthy flavor, which is neither good nor bad. If you do consume the capsule, this doesn't have any "bad" ingredients. This supplement does not repeat on me, but I think I've only had one that does out of the dozens I've taken. I'm almost done with my first bottle, but I notice anything different about my health, I will certainly update this review. I've been pretty happy with Nutricost brand and have used several of their products. This is a great kidney and liver supplement for people of all ages. I use this in the winter when I can't eat the real thing. It's a good deal for the money and it does improve blood pressure over time.

It works wonderful.

You need to take 3 a day. You may want something with just 1 a day if you do not like to take pills with a meal. Cannot take on empty stomach.

I’m very happy with this dandelion extract. The capsules are easy to take, and having 180 capsules per bottle makes it convenient for regular use. I also appreciate that it’s vegan, GMO-free, and gluten-free. The bottle is well packaged, and the capsules are a convenient addition to my daily routine. Overall, a good value for the quantity and a product I would consider purchasing again.
