Plan to use it on house windows for insulation. Is it frosted or clear.

At first glance I would say that it looked clear from package, however, when I pulled a corner, it would be closer to frosted. just because you cannot clearly see through the film. I have read so much about doing the insulation on the windows. Hope it goes well for you. Please post a review if you feel it works well!!
