Pasta Machine Chromed Steel – Makes Lasagna Tagliatelle Spaghetti & Linguine

This is my 1st Pasta Machine and must say a great machine! - it is sturdy and a good weight a nice quality for the price too. Used an online recipe and went through the machine really well, even cutted perfectly too.. As with other reviews the handle did pop out a couple of time, but holding it tightly worked fine - I would recommend!

Great value for money. I was originally looking at attachments for my electric mixer and they were extortionate! This is very basic, however does pasta sheets and also cuts tagliatelle etc as well. Fully adjustable. The handle seemed tricky to keep in place while turning it, but I think it just takes some getting used to as it's meant to be used in various different ways so can't be fixed on. Successfully made ravioli with my 6 year old using it! My only gripe is that it says you should not wipe it with water - so not entirely sure how to clean it.

I have never had a pasta machine until this one. It is generally well made, is a good price and easy to use although it could be better. The handle keeps falling out of the slots because the spindle doesn’t fit snugly. I spend a lot of time picking the handle up off the floor! Also, the machine is difficult to clean. Pasta gets stuck in places that are very difficult to access and the pasta residue doesn’t fall out after drying. It rattles around inside somewhere. Can I put up with these silly design faults? Only time will tell…

Used this to make spaghetti and spinach linguine. Easy to use a little tricky to clean but to be expected.

I’m no expert but this was so easy to understand and use I don’t need to be. I had one gifted to me years ago and after trying it out a few times it just stayed at the back of my cupboard because it’s wouldn’t clamp down as the clamp was to short for my worktops and changing the thickness was clunky and that whole process was horrible. I got this to try it out so if it was as bad as the one I have already I’d send it back… First of all the clamp is much deeper and is shaped perfectly to hold things together in the right place. Having all of the cutting bits already set up was lovely Changing thickness was a dream in comparison and made this machine a pleasure to use. The winding handle does still pop off even on this one but overall it was quick, simple and a pleasure to use. It is quite heavy and looks beautiful

I absolutely love this! I wish it was slightly taller to get your hands underneath but it does look stunning on my work top and so far makes some fabulous tagliatelle!

Firstly, let me say, this does the job very well and having never used one of these before I’m excited about all the pasta related opportunities. I was after a pasta maker and searched across all the reviews on Amazon, this one jumped out at me, Lakeland is a great brand. For £25 you really can’t go wrong! Just a couple gripes: 1. As many reviews have said, the handle falls out really easily, it’s a shame it doesn’t lock in place. 2. A small gripe, but there are a few sharp edges. Not a big deal and they don’t seem sharp enough to actually do damage (I won’t be putting it to the test though…) 3. This might be a universal pasta machine thing, but besides painstakingly cleaning it, I have no idea how to clean it when I eventually get to it… so I’m just going to try keep it as gunk free as possible. Other than that, it’s weighty, locks into place with the rubber feet and does a sterling job of making pasta!

Love this machine and have made lots of delicious noodles. Varying from plain and mixing coloured foods. Just wish the handle wasn't loose as it falls out a lot. Probably me.
