I started out with a USB heat boot and wasn't satisfied with the heat it put out and I was concerned about how hot the cable end and wall plug got. I bought this one and like it SO much better!It hugs the curve of the back of my ankle, so I get good heat all along the Achilles tendon and the heel. It warms up quickly and the cord stays cool. I like being able to set the auto-off timer, and to adjust the heat temperature to what I want--but honestly, I usually set it all the way to the hottest setting for me. It gets plenty hot, but not uncomfortable like some heating pads can be.I think this is well-designed and feels like it will last. I'm returning the USB heat boot. I love this one.

Pros:-wraps around ankle-stays in place-makes 360º contact with ankle-really nice remote control with back lighting, accurate to the degree and automaticCons:-one size does NOT fit all-wish it came up higher on the leg-can get too hot and burnThis is way better than using a heating pad or blanket, especially when I go to sleep. I have an achelies injury, tendinitis I believe, and heat is the only thing that's helped. The only thing I wish was different about this is that I have large feet and this only comes in one size. It needs to come up higher on my ankle. I ordered a competitors and it was not as good as this one, so it's disappointing that I don't have another size option. I'd still highly recommend it for the convenience and especially if you're a runner or active on your feet.

I sprained my ankle and was struggling with a regular heating pad. This fits my ankle/foot perfectly. It really was a life saver and made the healing process so much easier and faster. Seems to be made really well, well worth the money.

I have an injured Achilles tendon and this heating pad covers the area perfectly and warms nicely. The timer is an added bonus.

What I like about this is heats up your ankle slower and not to hot where you have to take it off makes your ankle feel good and relaxed. What I don’t like is that is a lil small to wrap around your foot need a lil more stretch to it…

It does heat up fast and shuts down as advertised, but in my opinion, the heat is not evenly distributed to all areas of the brace. The heat concentrates more toward the ankle. I wish the heat was more in the arch of the foot. Overall good product.

It keep my ankle warm and it felt better but it stopped the warm stopped working after awhile. I love how soft the boot was!

Ever struggle with trying to wrap a heating pad around your ankle? Use this boot instead. It covers the top of the foot as well as the entire ankle. And you control the amount of heat and the length of time.
