Great product
Love this spray. I can not absorb magnesium tablets so this is a life saver. I spray on the soles of my feet and put socks on before bed. It does dry your skin but I just put extra cream on. I sometimes also use in the morning. No more muscle cramps and it does aid in my sleep.

Helps me with sleep
Maybe itโs just a placebo but it does help me fall asleep easier and sleep more restful. I spray four or five times on my wrists and gently rub them together a few times. I do this about an hour before bedtime. It might itch for a little bit but Iโm able to ignore it; nothing too bad. I also like the light lavender scent. Iโd recommend giving it a try.

Stings skin - canโt return
I have used a few other products from this brand and loved them but this caused immediate painful stinging on my legs. Had to wash off. I have sensitive skin so Iโm not surprised but frustrated to see this item isnโt eligible for return. $16 in the trash. Buyer beware I guess.
