Can I attach this to the end of a hose to connect into a water pressure cleaner?

The male connector on your pressure washer must match the Gardena fitting to get a non leaking seal. Is the male fitting on your washer fixed/ permanent or is it removable? If it is removable, I.e. it has a threaded section on the male fitting, it most probably can be changed to suit the Gardena fitting. E.g. I have a Karcher pressure washer which enables me to change the male fittings as required.

Why is it that wilko store states 12.5mm is 1/2" yet on Amazon it states 13mm is 1/2". Which is it?
