Defective Bulbs
Ordered three Bluex Bulbs MH400 bulbs. One arrived broken inside. Several had dirty looking Quartz discharge tube. One lights blue and dim. The other lights bright and white. So one of three bulbs is good.

It''s made in china but imported from USA to Canada. as it's old style bulb hope it works , yet to try but it looks good hopfully all good on my roof.
