Loose Lid
The product is great -- the koi eat it, and they look so colorful. However, the lid was not on securely, and nearly half of the contents were "at large" in the shipping box. There were food pellets intertwined with the packaging material which made a royal mess when I removed it. What's worse, my eye lid scrub, which was in the same box, was totally surrounded by the fish food. The lid should be secured with tape prior to shipping since it does not fit tightly onto the bucket.
