Clearly, this is not the cheapest solution for a drying mat. That said, you'd be hard pressed to find something as durable and attractive as this at any price point. It's made from an extremely absorbent material (any colored liquids will stain) that is both environmentally conscious and aesthetically pleasing.The item comes with four self-adhesive feet and a piece of sandpaper. The sandpaper is used to remove the top layer of material in the event the item is stained. Avoid coffee, juice, etc. and this will not be an issue. While the item is also very durable, it will obviously not survive a fall, so it's best to put it on the counter and leave it there. The marble-like pattern really looks good on our quartz countertops, so it's intended to be left out and not put away when not in use.As you would expect for something at this price point, the item is well-packaged and arrived double boxed. It should survive intact even if mishandled during delivery. Normally, I hesitate on splurging on a household item that is bound to be used frequently, but it has really held up well. It replaced a well worn cloth drying mat that was perfectly functional but not the best looking item and I don't regret the purchase one but.

I love this item. It is made of the most absorbing material ever and looks great! It looks like a slab of marble which looks good on any type of surface. I had no idea such a type of material existed. It has loads of beneficial properties such as repelling mold (bacteria) and is super absorbant. All you need to do to clean it is rinse or scrub it with water and detergent if necessary then wiping it dry and leaving it to air dry. I use it under my drying rack to absorb any drop off water and it works great! You could put the wet dishes directly on it but I found I could fit more on the rack vertically.This item is the best I have seen so far. I used to use a microfibre pad under the rack but it tool ages to dry and after a while it would get dirty and moldy which means I either had to wash the pad regularly (and not having something to absorb the water dripping from the dish rack until it was dry) or get a new one... With this item, I only need to wash it under running water and dry it off - ready to be used again in less than 5 minutes!You will never need another absorbant towel/pad/cloth, etc.Get one!

I'm actually surprised by how absorbent this thing is! I've been testing it for a few weeks now and once I put the dishes on it just sucks the water right up. Keep in mind that it can absorb colored liquids too bur it actually comes with a little sandpaper piece that sands all that away! It also has 4 little rubber bits that you can stick onto the bottom so the stone mat doesn't slide around on the counter. 5 stars from me!

I wasn't sure that I was going to like it. I was correct because I love it. It dries everything really fast, preventing mold and mildew. It takes up no space compared to a dish drainer, and nothing drips off of it. Especially useful for small spaces. All water from your dishes magically evaporates from the stone in minutes leaving a clean dry mat.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with this mat, but I’m wow’d. It absorbs up so quickly, and it’s left dry. It will be nice having a hard drying mat, my soft one needs to be washed often so it doesn’t start to smell. The color is nice and elegant looking. Packing was great, double boxed with bubble wrap to ensure a safe delivery. Overall very pleased

This drying block is beautiful and sturdy. It is a hard material but manages to absorb the water nonetheless. This is much more sanitary than my prior cloth mat, looks beautiful in my kitchen and looks expensive (I.e. good quality)

Love the sleek, modern look compared to an old school drying rack. Beautiful color that adds to the kitchen counter. It's also a space saver!Functionally, it works very well. Dries quickly and doesn't require much (if any) upkeep to keep it looking clean.

I've been using this for a little over a week now and love having it on hand for when a pan needs to dry or if our dish rack is full. Everything dries so quickly on it!

This is super absorbent! I live in humidity so it’s always hard to get cups dry upside down. It is way more solid than I was expecting (reminds me of a cutting board).

I purchased this dry rack to have something that looks more modern than the drying rack and I'm very impressed with it. Looks great and works even better. Highly recommend it

This product dries incredibly fast. It is also super absorbent. Previously we had a silicone mat that would get mildew and watermarks if we didn't clean it daily. This product doesn't require that which is amazing!

Had this for 2 days. It’s pretty but some coffee dropped on it and now its permanently stained.
