Christ, the Sum of All Spiritual Things

A beautiful reminder that the Christian life is a person who lives that life within us, not a product of virtues we accumulate over time. Watchman Nee always points us away from the external and to the Spirit of Life, a filling of the new nature with Christ Himself working from within. Christ is the good tree of life from which we must only eat. Make the tree good and it’s fruit good, or make the tree bad and it’s fruit bad...Adam can only produce more of Adam.

I praise our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Christ is the way, the truth and the Life. Christ is our Resurrection and the Life. Christ is the Bread of Life and the Light of Life. Only God through Watchman Nee's book could take us back to 1940 and put us in his meeting in China. Christ is God's Everything. There is Nothing but Christ. This is why in Hebrews He tells us to fear if you do not enter His rest. Pick up your cross daily and follow after Me. Why? The Holy Spirit will work Christ The Sum of All Spiritual Things into you again, and again.. Then you will say, "I see"!

Watchman Nee's books are always challenging and enlightening, however, this book is life-changing! I liked the personal manner in which Nee addresses the believer's life and stresses the absolute necessity of living through Christ Jesus as the All in All. A great book for devotional reading, a personal gift, or merely to fine tune your love of God and your awareness of Him, day by day.

He reminds us who Christ is to us. And where our focus needs to be. We do not have to focus on things. As long as Jesus Christ is in us we have everything.

As only Watchman can do, a relatively familiar idea turned completely on its head. Read this book to stimulate your thinking on the objects of Christ or Christ himself. Challenging and enjoyable book.

This is a challenging book. It needs to be read again and again for more understanding . Nee is taking us to another level here, in our walk with Christ

This book will change your doctrinal perspective. Jesus came to set us free from bondages to have spiritual life more abundantly. Frequently we are restrained by traditions or misunderstood interpretations. This is the greatest book to help us know that All Spiritual Things are in Christ and He lives in Me! All the Fruit and the Gifts of the Holy Spirit are accessible and operative through Him and as he flows through our heart, we can Live and Move and Have our Being in Him. The "power of His Resurrection" operating through me is clearly explained in this little book. Watchman Nee helps us to see that perspective!

A classic book, deceptive in its' simplicity and deep in its' truth. Without the Holy Ghost, this book won't mean much to you.If you are really serious about overcoming Christian living, then read this book, pray about it and then read it again.When you have truly SEEN JESUS CHRIST, you will be changed inside in a way that will leave those who have known you wondering what has changed and if they are sincere, wanting what you have gained.
