Just buy it
I have been using this for a few years. It’s high quality and straight to the point. The included instructions are great for infusing things.

Simple effective design, large capacity
The product arrived and though the box was a bit dinged up, the device was fine. Washed it up and used it to make a small batch of infused butter. This is the only drawback to this device, in that you have to make fairly large batches, as the agitator did not touch any of my material, I would have to do at least 3 or 4 pounds of butter to get the agitator engaged with the butter and product. But for ease of use, my lack of careful reading is no reason to lower the rating.

Stopped working properly after two uses
Purchased March 20, 2021 and used it twice. Once when I first purchased and again a couple of weeks later. It worked like a charm. Stored it properly. Plugged it in this morning and it didn't want to turn on. It got very sensitive and when it did turn on it turned off after 10 minutes of use. Rinse and repeat. Wanted to save a bit of money but it looks like I'm going to have to buy a different machine and keep this as backup.

Works as well as the more expensive brands plus has better aesthetics, brushed stainless and Blue function lights. The agitator could be a bit longer as to reach the bottom when making small batches. I'm not OK with the blades. I do not use material that need chopping. I need the it to be stirred. be more paddle-like, or allow for a variable speed agitator control.
