Such a great visual tool for our 7yo’s calming corner! She is able to identify what emotion she is feeling and how best to regulate herself. It’s been very useful! Size and colors are exactly as pictured/described.

I bought this for a gift to a mother who's 4-yr. old isn't talking much yet. He mostly "parrots" speech but does not express himself except to show great displeasure. We're hoping this will help and may even be useful for his older siblings who can talk (almost too much) explain their frustrations without tantrums. The issues are being addressed other ways, too, but this method is successful in many classrooms so may be helpful here.

Great daily reminder. If you are stuck, this can quietly help you to move positively forward. After all, your destination is only a positive thought away. Hung my sign in the kitchen so I see it all the time. Growth mindset even ended my nighttime ritual of nibbles...and surprised at how much better I sleep.

This is really great for my toddler to work through challenging emotions. We have it taped on his bedroom wall. When he’s having some bigger feelings he will look at it himself or I will remind him of it. He looks at it and decides from the pictures what to do since he can’t read yet. He’s even reminded me of a few things I could do when I say I’m frustrated. So he is definitely taking in the information well and using it.

Ordered this for my 6 year old to help him cope with negative feelings such as anger and frustration. It's a great tool but nothing special. You can download similar which are just as effective and visually pleasing for free. This item is too over priced for what it is and if it wasn't for the high delivery charge, I would have opted to send it back. However, the delivery charge was nearly as much as the item itself (something I had failed to notice when checking out) so returning it wouldn't be cost effective. I'll try to make use of it myself to cope with the disappointment I'm feeling hahaha 😆
