Very good quality.
It is little heavy but feels its quality. Works very fine. Maintenance is also easy. I love it and satisfied with the quality and purchase.

Good machine but the new mill is not as good as the old one.
The machine itself was perfect. Much quieter than my old Bamix Deluxe 180w, and obviously a better more up to date version. I have used my old one a tremendous amount over nine years before the motor started making awful noises. I find it an essential tool and so quick and easy for loads of jobs that I couldn’t be without one. The Magimix has hardly been used since I got a Bamix. Hence 5 stars for the brilliant basic gadget but 2 stars deducted for the new style mill. The new style “wet and dry” mill is a real let down. I was excited to be getting this as my old style mill was so good and I thought this would be better.Note that the official name is a “wet and dry mill”. I was therefore surprised the instructions only talked about dry foods such as sugar, coffee and nuts, and said it works best with completely dry foods. It has a curved inner bowl which I thought would fling bits back down into the blades. I tried it with 4 cloves of garlic and the curves didn’t help at all. I still had to scrape the sides down but it was less easy to scrape down than the previous style of mill. The inner bowl sits in an outer holder. The inner bowl is locked into the outer by two press in tabs on the bottom. These were quite large, made of stiff hard plastic and were very hard to push out to release the inner bowl. You are meant to push in both at the same time. I had to protect my hands with a cloth and use considerable force to release just one tab which made the other tab even more difficult to release. The instructions say the two pieces have to be seperated for washing up. Now if they had provided a drain hole for the outer bowl I would quite happily ignore that instruction and only struggle to separate them every few months but as there is no drain hole provided I can see this being very unhygienic. There is no way I am going to struggle seperating the two bowls every time I use it. It would be impossible for anybody with more than the mildest arthritis in their fingers. The next bad point is the fact that the blade is now permanently fixed in the bowl. The blade shaft has a circular piece of plastic at the bottom holding the blades high enough to clear the curved sides. The joint between the circular piece of plastic and the bowl is a potential dirt trap. Garlic juice, chilli, strong curry spices, bits of ground up food and bacteria are going to be lurking in the gap. You can’t clean the underneath of the blade either.. The old style mill you could pull out the blade and shaft and give them a really good clean. This included taking a spout brush to the inside as it did get mucky over time. Goodness knows what the inside of the shaft of the new one will get like over the years. According to the online manual the blade unit can be removed for replacement using pliers.I include a photo of garlic minced the the new mill on the left, and the old mill on the right. The old mill made a much better job of it. Also a photo of the plastic ring that keeps the blades higher off the base.UPDATE i have now puchased a powder disc and used it with the new style mill. The two together are brilliant for grinding spices finely. However, next time I’m feeling rich I will buy one of the old style mills as I did find it far better than the new style mill,

Brilliant
Best kitchen gadget. I've had one for the last 25 years and used most days. Old one worn out.

GREAT PROCESSOR
This is a great processor. Friends who cook well have used it for years. So I took the plunge. I'm enjoying using it and learning it's features. I've used it to grind coffee, chopped nuts and whip cream. Easy to clean. Just wash head under tap after use. It's on my surface and I'm delighted with my purchase. Looking forward to using it to the full! The silver has a lovely matt metallic finish. Highly recommend.

The best immersion blender you can buy
What can you say about a Bamix Swissline? Probably the best immersion blender on the domestic market.

Note the Bamix Swissline doesn't contain the Meat/Vegetable Blade
I'm a long time fan of Bamix as the reliability and power is great so after my last one stopped working, I didn't have much hesitation buying another. I'm a bit annoyed though the picture of the Swissline contains the Meat/Vegetable Blade but it's not actually included in the package. I already have the other 3 attachments from my last Bamix. It would have been nice to have the additional one!My last Bamix was the Gordon Ramsay version. Personally I think that stand was better. The Swissline stand is made of cheap plastic and the plastic door for the attachments keeps falling off!

Hält was er verspricht.
Absolute Kaufempfehlung.
