It helps us keep going and energetic

I had been taking Balance of Nature for years and was satisfied with consistent results; I was no longer feeling tired mid-day, and my overall health, thankfully, has been very good. The price though is very high. About a year ago, I searched for a less expensive alternative and found Substance. The product reviews were good, and it even had better ingredients overall. I've been using Substance for the last year and have been very satisfied.

It takes 3-4 weeks but I’ve noticed an improvement in energy & stamina. A good way of getting nutrients into me. Don’t think I could ever prepare & eat the variety that is packed into these capsules! A cost effective substitute to the nationally advertised brand.

We thought it might be nice to supplement our average diet. I had to stop taking them after a week, they were too big for me and not worth the fight with the gag reflexes. He took them for over a month and said he didn't notice anything different. We are of average H/W, eat an average diet of meat, processed food and dairy, but we also eat a lot of raw vegetables. Just saying.

These fibers and spices pills are wonderful for me and they definitely keep me regular I really don’t mind having to take them twice a day because the results are worth it

I have no idea whether or not this helps me. It looked like a less expensive way to get the supplement that's constantly advertised. My bloodwork is perfect.
