These trays were very easy to mold and fit my teeth perfectly. The material feels durable and comfortable to wear. They work very well with the whitening gel and help distribute the product evenly. Plus, they come in a pack with several trays, so you have spares if needed. Great value for money.

Good product and great customer service! I had some trouble molding the trays and ended up ruining them. I contacted the seller, "Polaris Bright," and they immediately responded, sending me new trays.

I followed the directions and the trays barely made a dent. Looks nothing like the photos of what they’re supposed to look like and they don’t conform to my teeth at all. I think they’re way too thick. Really disappointed

PROS:- These trays come nicely + hygienically packaged in their own clear, sealed wrappers- The vented storage cases are a plus.- Molding the trays to fit is quick + easy once you get the hang of it—and learn to trust your thermometer. (TIP: You might want to watch one of the brief online videos that demonstrate molding /fitting this type of tray.)- The material is soft, yet holds its shape, and comfortable enough to sleep in.- This is a small business, and the customer service is excellent—very personable, helpful, and accommodating, with prompt responses.CONS: Everyone is different, but...- The trays are too short to cover all my molars in the back.I don't have big teeth, but—in each quadrant—the trays leave two molars in the back uncovered: my wisdom teeth and the next molar in.Of course, as I say, everyone's dental arch length is different, and many people no longer have wisdom teeth—so, these might fit you well.Besides, I don't know if uncovered molars way in the back would matter much for whitening, as they're pretty hidden.But...I needed dental trays for a slightly different purpose. On my dentist's advice, I am using them to hold in place, right against my teeth, a paste/gel that remineralizes tooth surfaces and helps reduce sensitivity. So, I really need total coverage.That said, it doesn't appear that any of the competitors on Amazon offer clear, moldable whitening trays that are any longer (they all appear similar in the photos).

Honestly, I really liked these moldable whitening trays. I think they're a super practical option if you want to whiten your teeth at home without spending as much as going to the dentist. They come with four trays and two cases, which I think is great because you can store them neatly and have spares if needed.I liked that they can be molded to your mouth, because they fit better and the gel doesn't leak as much. I used them with a compatible gel like Opalescent, and I feel like it does help the product work well. Obviously, the results depend a lot on the gel you use and how consistently you use it.

This product did not meet the mark. The "suggested" heat and dip times did not produce the claimed results. I work in a dental office and tried this product as a test to the alternative to being fitted for teeth whitening trays, which are expensive. This product is a joke. I gave it 2 stars only because they shipped enough trays for me to try more than once to form an appropriate mouth tray. If you are hoping for a cheaper alernative for a mouth tray, this is not for you.

The instruction say keep in warm water for 3 to 5 seconds but they need to be laced in longer - they moulded to my mouth/ teeth perfectly

The product is not as described in the photo at all. It is really thick and bulky- making it really uncomfortable to sleep with. It is not tight enough to your teeth so the gel does not sit close enough to work and it doesn’t stay in the tray. When I contacted the email they provided they were prepared to offer me a full refund until they found out I was in the UK which they apparently don’t supply to??? When I contacted the seller directly on Amazon they offered a partial refund. Honestly really disappointed.
