The trays were easy to mold and shape to my bite, and they held their form nicely once cooled. They feel comfortable in my mouth without pinching or shifting, which made the whitening process much more pleasant than some one-size-fits-all trays I’ve tried before. I like that this set comes with four trays plus two retainer cases so I always have clean backups ready to go. The trays fit the whitening gel perfectly and create a good seal so the gel stays in place without leaking everywhere. After using them consistently for a couple of weeks, I definitely noticed my teeth looking brighter and more even in tone. Nothing painful or irritating happened, and my gums felt fine throughout the process. Overall, these trays are great quality for the price and work really well with Opalescence gel. These trays are BARELY moldable. They are definitely not moldable enough to handle teeth whitening paste. They to get soft and become pliable like the instructions say, but they do not conform to your teeth and leave significant gaps that make whitening pastes useless. DO NOT BUY if you plan to use this for whitening.

this product surely works as it serves as purpose as a bleaching tray and or a tray to do whatever you’re trying to do with your teeth in regards to bleaching. I threw it away, but that is before I actually thoroughly figured out the directions when you get this product, you microwave it so that it can become slightly soft. try microwaving for at least 15 seconds at a time until soft and then bite down with it in your mouth with your mouth closed until it cools. It is then they are supposed to take the shape of your natural teeth and thus make it easier and more manageable to bleach your teeth. Period I will purchase again and try this process.

Not good; Not bad. Not nearly as comfortable as the one my dentist custom made for me (thinner plastic and tighter fit). Also not nearly as expensive. I threw them away and kept using the old custom one from my dentist.

These trays were very easy to mold and fit my teeth perfectly. The material feels durable and comfortable to wear. They work very well with the whitening gel and help distribute the product evenly. Plus, they come in a pack with several trays, so you have spares if needed. Great value for money.

This product did not meet the mark. The "suggested" heat and dip times did not produce the claimed results. I work in a dental office and tried this product as a test to the alternative to being fitted for teeth whitening trays, which are expensive. This product is a joke. I gave it 2 stars only because they shipped enough trays for me to try more than once to form an appropriate mouth tray. If you are hoping for a cheaper alernative for a mouth tray, this is not for you.

The instruction say keep in warm water for 3 to 5 seconds but they need to be laced in longer - they moulded to my mouth/ teeth perfectly

Good, easy to use

The product is not as described in the photo at all. It is really thick and bulky- making it really uncomfortable to sleep with. It is not tight enough to your teeth so the gel does not sit close enough to work and it doesn’t stay in the tray. When I contacted the email they provided they were prepared to offer me a full refund until they found out I was in the UK which they apparently don’t supply to??? When I contacted the seller directly on Amazon they offered a partial refund. Honestly really disappointed.
