What should I do if the floor mats or cargo liner arrive with creases?

it's normal to have folds or bends from packaging. 1.Lay the mat flat in sunlight for 2-3 hours. 2.Gently warm the creases with a hairdryer/low-heat gun (keep 6+ inches away). 3.Place heavy books/objects on creases for 2-3 days to flatten.

Will the mats move around while driving?

NO！ Our mats are formed using 3D scanning technology to precision fit the internal contour of your car. In addition, we have also equipped Velcro for fixed use.

Why do the mats to be folded and bent for shipping？

Due to the large unfolded area of the mats, it is not conducive to transportation.
