I tried this for the first time last night and loved it! I started with one square about an hour before bed and noticed that I felt incredibly relaxed and calm, without feeling overly tired or groggy. I usually feel pretty stressed or anxious in the evenings, so I especially loved how peaceful it made me feel. I ended up having a second square later and slept for about 8 hours straight, which is amazing for me because I normally wake up several times throughout the night. I woke up feeling well rested and was really impressed with my first experience. The relaxing feeling alone makes this something I’m excited to add to my nighttime routine!

One daily, yummy piece of chocolate provided a smooth energy level with a hint of mental improvements. A tasty alternative and a convenient way to start the day with an enhancement to my focus. I've taken other cognitive supplements that have caused me to have jitters and a "rush of coffee-sensation." What I enjoyed about Alice Brainstorm Mushrooms was the subtle impact of focus function and having a sharper edge in my meetings. When I consider the cost of a matcha/coffee in stores today, the value of a tin of chocolates is cheaper than spending 16 purchases at a coffee shop (16 pieces of chocolate per case). I can see myself having Alice as an alternative in my routine to switch up from other options I use. I've also enjoyed learning more behind the product and how chocolate is better to absorb than other supplements. It states it's ethically sourced, vegan, and natural ingredients. Additionally, this is a women-owned brand and after researching more about the founders, they have the background and expertise in this space.

The chocolate is such a delicious treat and a perfect way for me to start my day! It keeps me locked in and focused during the day and I’ve found that I don’t have any kind of energy crash like I typically get from coffee. I can’t wait to try the other kinds of chocolate they have to offer!

These have been awesome !! I’ve been sleeping so well since taking them and theyre a perfect alternative to a sweet treat before bed with so many nutritional benefits.

I don't feel like it did anything to me

I have never taken anything to increase my productivity during the day or to sleep better at night, but I was interested in the opportunity to try these chocolates to see if they could help me! I've never heard of mushroom chocolate, so I felt like I just had to try them! I wanted to try both the Brainstorm and Nightcap, but I was super eager to try the Nightcap since it helps with sleep and I sometimes have trouble falling and staying asleep. I waited until the new year to begin this change in my routine. The chocolates' full effects take about three weeks––which I haven't taken them that long yet, but I'm close––so it may be early to fully say, but I have noticed a difference already for me! Brainstorm: I love starting my mornings off with an iced coffee, but I've found myself skipping or delaying my first cup of coffee and just eating one square of the Brainstorm chocolate and feeling more focused when planning out my work for the day. Nightcap: As for how I sleep at night, I'll usually stay up worrying over anything and everything, finally fall asleep after an hour or so, then wake up at least once during the night. With the Nightcap dose, I'm no longer tossing and turning numerous times before falling asleep, and I'll manage to stay asleep until it's close to the time I allow myself to wake up. Also, I'm not a morning person, and I've been feeling less tired and getting out of bed has been a little easier for me. Taste: Brainstorm: rich, dark chocolate. Solid and smooth. Does not taste like mushrooms Nightcap: grittier dark chocolate, with a hint of a tea taste (from the chamomile). More earthy, not dirt-like, taste. I like the Nightcap's taste and texture better because I always like chocolate with a little more substance instead of straight chocolate like the Brainstorm. Since the tins only come with 16 total doses, I'll be ordering at least another one of each to say I've tried these for three weeks for them to reach their full effect and for my body to get into the routine. A drawback is the price of them will certainly add up, but if they continue to work for me, I will try to make them work in my budget because I think the are worth the expense and peace!

I wasn't a fan of the flavor it was quite potent, but I’m also not big on dark chocolate in general so I’m sure if you do like dark chocolate it’d taste better for you. As for the energy, it did give me a slight boost similar to black tea.

Let’s be honest… the girlfriend and I both had it, but did not notice any difference! The ads for this are very misleading and do not do what they claim… I ate a half a bar to see if I would notice anything…. Nothing!! Don’t waste the money on this product!!
