I wasn't really blown away by the flavor or texture of this powder when mixed at the instructed ratio, but at the same time, I didn't find anything specific to fault it with. The chocolate flavor was very much par for the course with other whey powders -- it lacks any specific note of sweetness or bitterness, but if you are shaking/blending with other ingredients it "reads" chocolate flavor without any issues. I found it dissolved fine in a shaker bottle but was a little thin, and I did have some grittiness. It worked much better when blended. I found myself full after eating, so I have no qualms about this powder but it isn't my favorite.
