I used this garment for post liposuction on my arms and axillary areas. It provided an appropriate amount of compression and was comfortable enough to make me crazy over the 30 day I had to wear it. (I bought 3) I also purchased a couple of the $125 Marena ones like this but they are a bit like a crop top and I hated them. I hate that I wasted the money on the "medical" version of this garment when this one worked so well. It was also easy to wash on cold on the gentle cycle and lay flat to dry. Highly recommend. I wear a 38C bra and purchased 2 of the 2xl size and one of the xl ones. That worked perfectly for my needs. I wore the tightest one directly after surgery and then would sleep in the larger one while washing the smaller one. In the end I just wore the 2xl one all of the time and I was comfortable. Save your money and don't pay more for the fancy medical version sold by Marena. This is better.

I purchased this garment in preparation for a surgical procedure. The sizing was spot on and the amount of compression was perfect. If you’re in-between sizes, size up! With the four rows of hooks, there are plenty of options for additional compression as needed.
