Great service love the book.

Dreamland presents a stunning collection of new artworks from the fantasy art masters Boris Vallejo and Julie Bell. They are among the best painters and fantasy artists around, and after looking at the book, it just seems that they keep getting better and better.The A4 size 192-page hardcover artbook is filled with more than 150 paintings, mostly printed one on each page with a few over two pages. Most paintings are in portrait format and fit nicely within the page.The paintings are absolutely beautiful. The collection features their personal as well as commercial works. There are individual pieces and also those that they painted together.The subject matter is what they paint best, mostly character based. Muscular heroes and heroines in fantasy lands, with dragons or mythical creatures. There are also some commissioned work they painted for advertising. The amount of detail in their work is amazing. The lighting scheme reminds me of old masters paintings and it is indeed mentioned in the book that they use techniques from old masters for their artworks, and when it comes to using human models for reference.The book includes brief autobiographies, common questions they received, hints and tips on painting, how they work together, and commentary for selected pieces of paintings. Right at the end is an envelope with 10 art prints featuring selected artworks. Very nice but the paper quality is that of the book which is not too bad, the low gloss type.This is a fantastic artbook. The only downside is that this artbook is not larger, like A3 size. Excelente edicion en pasta dura de este reconocido duo de artistas, el libro plagado de ilustraciones de arte fantastico de la produccion mas reciente de los autores sera la delicia de los fans, la imagenes estan acompanadas de texto de los autores en los que narran su historia asi como su forma de trabajo y algunos tips basicos, incluye ademas 10 impresiones separadas en un folder, producto recomendado para cualquier biblioteca de arte y fans del arte fantastico.

Valeu muito a pena, mas muito a pena mesmo comprar esse produto, ótimo livro de coletânia de ilustrações , papel couche , capa dura, as imagens estão excelente com uma qualidade fantástica e além do mais vem com uma surpresa muito boa que são 10 prints dentro dessa edição.Recomendo fortemente para quem estuda pintura, faz exercício de observação e claro para quem curte esse tema de fantasia realista.

Esse artbook é simplesmente fantástico. Traz ilustrações belíssimas e muito reais.Os detalhes impressionam. Pra quem gosta do estilo espada e magias,não pode perder esse livro. Possui capa dura e capa removível. E ainda traz uns cartões ilustrados de brinde.

El libro ha llegado en buen estado pero sin prencinto plástico. Además le han arrancado el sobre con las 10 láminas. Devuelto. Además de que en 2 días ha pasado de costar 32 euros a 16 euros... Devuelto.

Fantástico produto, padrão europeu (slipcase para proteção de capas) com a arte fantástica desse peruano há muito ''americanizado'' ao lado de Julie Bell com suas ilustrações de Art Fantasy inconfundíveis aos olhos dos amantes da arte!

Chegou antes do prazo e o livro é lindo, igual ou ate melhor que no anúncio, simplesmente perfeito! Vale a pena

I only wish I purchased the hardback version vs the Kinde version. The information written in the book is well worth the money especially, the question and answer section, it is new and all worthwhile. The pictures are just too small in the Kindle version and I wish I could blow it up so that I can see the detail better. I hope Amazon can do something about that and send a free update. There is a great difference in price between the 2 but without prior knowledge that the pictures would only be 1/3 the screen size, I feel let down. It has been a long time since I purchased a book on the Kindle that I wished to return - now knowing that I could have returned it if I did not wait for the week to go by - it is partially my fault. I would give this book 5 stars but due to the small images that can only lend a rough knowledge between the color and overall composition of the pieces within, I have to give it 4 stars. If there is a free updated version in the near future where the images are larger I may change this review and change the rating.* I called Amazon instead of using the "Content and Devices" - they were kind and gave me a refund for the return. I just purchased the hardcover edition.

WOW!!!=oO I knew after watching Parka's video review that I was going to love this, but I still was BLOWN AWAY with how filled up with GORGEOUS illustrations this book has! And if that wasn't enough there was a wonderful surprise at the end of the book of frame-able prints! I also loved learning about their history and how they met. Sounds like they are true soulmates and it shows in their artwork! Absolutely LOVE this book!!Now if they would only make an adult coloring book for those of us not so talented to color.... At any rate...this book will inspire me for years to come!

One of my top 5 fantasy artists Boris and Julie are the best. Their techniques are unmatched and use of colors are photogenic.
