The LVYUAN 3000 Watt Voltage Converter Transformer Heavy Duty Step Up/Down AC 110V/120V/220V/240V Power Converter is perfect for all our power needs for a few electrical products we own that are from Italy. The voltage converter transformer is super functional with 3, 110v 60hz outlets and 3, 220v 50hz outlets for a worldwide conversion capacity. We never noticed any high heat levels, it doesn’t smell and is extremely easy to use. Plus, it has a number of safety features that older voltage power converters didn’t have. None of our 220V 50hz items have ever been damaged and each functioned perfectly as if we were still in Italy! Great price for this size of power converters didn’t!

Works great. Did not have any issues with using it. It's heavy and not very portable.

I moved from EU to USA and brought Lelit Bainca espresso machine, together with Niche Zero grinder. I was worried whether I will be able to use them in USA, read many internet forums but in the end decided to risk it. Did a long research of various voltage transformers, in the end decided to buy this one. I can say it works exactly as it should, Bianca draws 1400W of power in peak, Nice Zero also a few hundred and this one has no issues powering them both. It also does not get hot, maybe a bit warm but nothing to worry about. I will have to see how long it lasts, but so far money was well spent!

We've had this transformer for about a month and it seems to work great so far. We didn't want to give up all of our nice appliances when we moved back from Europe and it has made it possible to keep at least some of them. Very happy with our purchase. One drawback is the size. It's pretty big. Check the measurements to be sure it fits your needs.

It looks good.. great size, not to big It is heavy though, but it has to be to be quality made. Did not try it out yet

Works well but due to the nature of what it does, tends to heat. Has to be switched off to avoid overheating

The unit seems to function as advertised however I have not performed any load tests yet as I have a few concerns with the wiring. The wires coming out of the transformer are 14 AWG but the rest of the wiring appears to be only stranded 16 AWG except the ground wire which appears to only be 20 AWG. The chassis is bonded however, so that's good! For 3000W at 120V they should be at least 10 AWG also would require min 25A circuit, however I cannot find any rating on the circuit breaker nor does the manual state it's value. In fact the only device I can see any rating is the voltage switch. (35A @ 125VAC / 30A @ 250) Some of the wires seem short and are even streached over the transformer. I also want to add heatshrink over the solder tabs. Just my thoughts.
