These tablets are great to have one hand and they do not taste terrible. They really work. I had a terrible headache and had not drank a lot of water this day. Took a tablet and the headache was gone pretty fast. I keep these in my purse at all times.

If you run or just need a pick me up throughout the day… salt stick is a wonderful addition to your game plan. Most recently during a 10k, my friend started cramping. I handed him over my supply in the nice grab and go container and he was back in the race in no time! It truly gives you energy and pain relief with no side effects. Its effectiveness is off the charts especially for the value of money. Pill size is normally, but be sure to chew instead of swallowing whole. Try them for yourself! You won’t be disappointed.

My husband is a triathlete and uses these to replace what he loses during intense workouts and competitions. He’s not a big fan of the citrus flavors but that’s just a personal preference. These help him to limit cramping and keep his electrolytes up.
