🔄 UPDATE (1 year later — heavy daily use). Still going strong for a family of 4 — with a few real-world maintenance notes worth knowing. ⬇️ Original review (my first impressions + setup details) is written at the bottom. 🆕️ I wanted to come back and update this review after extended use, because this shower system gets used a lot in our house — easily 4+ times a day between all of us. Overall, I’m honestly still really happy with it. It’s still installed, still functioning well, and the adhesive mount has held strong this entire time with no issues. That said, after long-term use, there are a few things worth noting: 1. Regular cleaning is a must. The large rainfall head (the flat top piece) does need to be cleaned routinely. Over time, I noticed buildup around the nozzles (some slime/mildew type residue). It’s not difficult to deal with — a quick spray with bleach or alcohol and a wipe-down takes care of it — but it’s definitely something to maintain. 2. Hose connection can loosen over time. The handheld sprayer hose occasionally loosens slightly at the connection point. If it’s not tightened, it can leak while in use. A quick twist fixes it immediately, but it’s something to keep an eye on. 3. Hose wear starting in one spot. After months of use, I’ve noticed one section of the coiled hose starting to separate/unravel slightly (see photo). It hasn’t affected performance yet, but I’m monitoring it. Based on my previous experience with their customer service, I’m confident they would handle it if needed. Bottom line: Still a great system, still performs well, and still worth it — just expect normal maintenance and some wear with heavy daily use. Would I still buy it again now? Yes — just knowing I’d be maintaining it like any high-use shower system. ⭐️I included a new video + photos showing how this set held up (and what's changed) ⏪️ My Original Review: I purchased this unit about 6 months ago, and truly could not be happier. The price was very fair, shipping was quick, and installation was a breeze. 5 minutes or less, and it was up and running. The main larger unit is like a waterfall. Gentle enough so it's not pounding your head with water, but enough pressure to get your body and hair clean. The sprayer unit has multiple settings to choose from, located right on the handle. Switching from the main sprayer to the handheld is as simple as turning a knob. We are a family of 4, so this product gets used A LOT. We have experienced no issues, no leaks, no pressure problems, no blockages. It's been perfect. The only problem I had was the possibility of leaving it behind. My family is moving, and the piece that holds the base for the handheld sprayer sticks by an adhesive plate to the tile wall. I couldn't remove it without damaging the integrity of the wall plate (not the shower, but to the metal holder). And if I did manage to remove it in tact, it would never stick again. I contacted the manufacturer via email explaining my situation, and requested just a new adhesive plate. I received a response very quickly (in just a few hours) stating that they are unable to send a replacement part of my unit, but instead would send out an entirely new setup at no cost! Even the shipping was free, and fast. The product came with a 2 year guarantee, and they honored it with ease. I sent my screenshot proof of purchase, and they asked if I could send a photo of the unit, batch number, and a picture of the tile wall (which they said was totally optional, but it was no trouble at all to do). I am really glad that with the many companies out there, this is the one I purchased from. The unit itself is of great quality, exceeding all of my expectations. The customer service is honestly top-notch. They were so understanding of my situation, and stand by both their products and their customers. I absolutely plan to shop from this company for any future purchases, and would very highly recommend them to anyone.

I was skeptical at first, the price was great. Turned out to be awesome!! Easy installation, great water pressure, gives the option to dial up or down in pressure between the shower head and wand or equally disturbing between both. Shower head spins around giving the option for wide or narrow field of rain shower coverage. Overall great purchase, I ended up buying another for the small master bath. 1 tip, make sure to clean the area and let dry before sticking the wand bracket up. I didn't have a problem but I can see how some others would have. Awesome product, thanks.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love this rain shower head. It makes the shower feel so much more relaxing and spa-like. The water flow is strong and even, and the wide size really gives good coverage. It was easy to install, and everything worked as expected right out of the box. The quality feels solid, not cheap or flimsy. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it if you want to upgrade your shower without spending a fortune.

Better than expected! Perfect rainfall feel easy to install. Comes with everything u need. Is very sturdy. I would say it is worth the money. The only thing I didn’t like or notice is that it can only run one shower head at one time not both as pictured other then that it is perfect.

So far so good! Will update in a year as to how it is going. Great value for the money, very clear instructions too!! Insanely easy to install and it included cleaning instructions and replacement parts/teflon tape which was a nice touch. It also included the tool needed as wel. It fit very well in the shower. I wish the rain shower head had a pressure setting as well but you can turn the water on and off to it same with the handheld shower head. If you put the handheld at full and the rain one at half it will come out of both :) which is very relaxing. It is very sleek and smooth looking. I got the black one and it stands out in a good way.

I purchased two— one for my bathroom and one for my guest bathroom. I love them! The water pressure is perfect, they look so sleek and fancy, and they were so easy to install. Installation took about 5 minutes each. Definitely good value for what they cost.

Nice shower head but the company (Veken) is OUT OF BUSINESS. The "contact us" email address is returned with a permanent failure and the online contact form doesn't work. The company is based out of China. I like the showerhead but the holder for the hand held showerhead fell off the wall in about 6 months. Since no email address, I can't get them to address the issue.
