I never write reviews. All you need is about 4oz of water or milk. This powder really mixes well, tastes great and has NO chalky taste or aftertaste. I have both the pumpkin pie and caramel! I love them!

I will start by saying, I haven't had this protein shake in a "traditional" type shake with water or milk. I generally make "protein coffee" and, since we are entering the fall season, wanted to get my PSL on. I have tried other products by this brand, and have loved them all. The reviews for this protein powder were great, so I decided to give it a shot. I mix one scoop with 12oz of cold brew and it is absolutely PHENOMENAL. I love that it's only 90 calories, so I can indulge in a creamy, delicious coffee treat without adding a ton of calories to my daily counts. I can't say enough good things about this! I will definitely be purchasing more.

The pumpkin flavor is amazing! The best protein that I’ve ever had. No stomach issues digesting this either!

This is disgusting. I noticed it came out translucent and watery when I made this but I thought I would try it anyway because it did have a lot of protein and ingredients looked promising. I ordered the vanilla because I like vanilla protein shakes. It was disappointing in flavor and texture. Do yourself a favor and don’t t waste your money on this meal replacement product because it’s not what you think you’re getting. I couldn’t even force myself to take more than a few swigs. This is going straight to the trash. Im sad about this because now I need to continue my search for a good meal replacement shake that’s affordable.

This is my favorite protein powder ever, such a smooth pumpkin-y flavor!

Let me say the flavor is very good. The problem is I purchased it on 09/10/24 and the printed expiration in bottom of container is 09/13/24 which is unacceptable.

I buy different flavored protein powders for my boyfriend and I will always just try it once to see what each flavor tastes like.This one tho, I enjoyed so much and he basically had to share it with me 50/50. This has been the fastest protein he’s gone through (because of my help).He follows the directions for how to blend it properly, but I just put the serving amount into the blender bottle, give it some oat milk and a good shake. Ends up the same in my opinion. He says he likes it most over black coffee, otherwise he just has it with regular milk.The pumpkin one doesn’t give me the super sweet taste that most flavored proteins have, I think most things are TOO sweet. It’s really smooth as well, great quality. I’ll probably end up buying more till I become sick and tired of this flavor lol.10/10 would recommend.

This protein shake isn’t overly pumpkin spice but has a great flavor and blends well. I would’ve liked to use it on a hot drink but according to the package it doesn’t reccomend in hot beverages.. however very good in cold ones! Onky rated 4 stars cause instructions are a bit odd.. it reccomemded 2 oz of water.. I don’t know if any drink with that little liquid so I think that is an error, maybe it was supposed to be 12oz? I do about 10oz - 12oz and it works perfectly.
