Works exactly as intended, perfect for people who just want to plug and play with minimal to no set up. Be sure buy replacement screws and screwdriver set for installation however, as older ps5s have a high chance of striped screws making it harder to install. Though this is a issue more about the actual ps5 itself and has no bearing on the performance of the SSD which works perfectly.

A must have addition for the ps5 especially as the size of games is getting ridiculous. I'd say 8tb is now a minimum you need for games. The drive is very fast transferring from one drive to another. Very simple to install and a perfect fit. I cannot say if it speeds up loading of previous generation titles as I use an external hdd for those. A solid drive if you are lucky enough to get it on sale
