I recently purchased the MAXHUB PTZ Camera, and I've been thoroughly impressed with its performance and features. As someone who frequently engages in video conferences, I was seeking a high-quality camera that could deliver clear visuals and a seamless remote control experience. I got this for my conference room at work and so far it has done a good job. I like how compact it is. It does come with a mount so you are able to put this on the wall. I would not say this works for extremely large conference rooms but for my conference room of 10 people it works really well. This has made zoom conference a lot easier on my team. It has worked pretty well for that room. I actually like that this has a more compact size. It also has a camera cover which is just a simple silicone piece. I hooked this up to the mini computer in the conference room and it was able to detect it right away. I did not have to worry about drivers. I did not try it with MAC as my company does not use MAC but the cable that it comes with is only USB and not type c/thunderbolt so you have to actually buy an adapter or another cable if you want to plug into a MAC. I am not sure if it will work unfortunately. I do like that there is a remote that allows you to control the camera from afar without needing to access the computer itself. Be aware that remote does require line of sight in order to control the device. The overall camera design look is nice and smaller in size compared to other devices. It does have autofocus which is not bad but sometimes it does not work and I have to manually control it. Regardless of that, it gives you a really clear and wide range video image. It has worked well so far on zoom. The movement is smooth when you turn the camera and it gives you a wide range view. Again, it can be mounted. This has a metal mount that you can easily screw into the wall. It is sturdy and not too heavy but I would still use an anchor or stud. There is not too much lag in the picture. You can just have this sitting on a desk. The base is wide enough to hold the device up even with all the wires plugged in. The stand is fairly sturdy as well as the movement mechanics. The LED lights to show standby and power are not bright where they will be super distracting.The picture quality I would say is 1080p and transmitting quality is going to be dependent on your internet speed. Honestly for the price you are paying for this camera, it is REALLY good quality. Overall I think this camera is great for small or medium size conference rooms. I would not recommend this for very large conference rooms. This does give you a wide viewing range and it does the job for me. I do wish it has some wireless capability without the need for a computer or even run on an PoE but that is okay. It is pretty easy to setup and the controls are simple.

I really like this PTZ camera -it has a very sharp 1080p picture, clear audio, and the remote is full-featured and professional. The pan/tilt functionality is a little jumpy using the remote - it is really hard to be smooth. But the presets work great, so I would just spend a little time upfront creating the presets (using the remote control) if you know the local audience you will have upfront.

I am really impressed by the quality of this product. It is easy for a setup and very convenient to control video meetings. The picture clarity is astonishingly sharp, capturing the entire conference room effortlessly. The zoom in and zoom out functions are incredibly responsive, and the camera smoothly rotates almost 360 degrees. The ceiling mount is sturdy and can be securely locked in place with the screws. Overall, it is a great camera at an affordable.

I bought this for my 2020 for planning meetings, and I was surprised how easy it was to initially start up. It’s truly a plug and play system that does it all! Besides adjusting focus and depth of field it was fairly easy to set up. I’ll be traveling with mine, but it is very cool that the company included a very nice wall mount that Even allows the wires to be run through the wall if you chose to keep them Hidden. The remotes very intuitive to use, and can float from wide angle to focus very easily. All in all very happy.I hope this review and photos are helpful

I have used this camera about 3 months now for a weekly Zoom class. I bought it to replace a webcam that had only digital zoom. The optical zoom on this camera is great and it maintains a quality picture at all levels of zoom. The camera was easy to set up. Adjustments to backlight and optical zoom allowed me to create a much better experience.

Any type of legitimate business does a lot of video calls/conferences now and that includes mine. I keep having to add more video communications functionality for that reason. Last year, I set up several 'Zoom rooms', a big conference room and a number of other options. I keep having to add more. This has gone into a new conference room--a bit smaller than the other one. It works great. The image quality is excellent. Generally speaking, we have plenty of light (I've installed those too) but I did test it in low light and it performed well. It has a variety of presets, works with just about any operating system (we've tried it on Windows, Mac OS, Ubuntu, several other Linux distros and Android) and any video communication software (we've used it with Zoom, Skype and Google Meet). It was seriously 'plug and play' with no drivers or other configuration necessary. Just an easy to use product that delivers first rate performance. Highly recommended!
