How does 11.36 kgs compare to Litres (as most other litters are sold??)

11.36 kg = same weight as 30 litre bag of Breeder Celect recycled paper pellets

Can you flush this litter down the toilet ?. I'm not talking the whole tray just when they have a bowel movement !.

Hello, Only if you can separate the "offending movement" from the litter without too much litter getting flushed away.. Fresh news is a lot more disposable than many litters but can still cause a problem with drains!

would this be ok as bedding for pet rats?

I think it would be a little hard under their feet for rats. I think wood shavings are best.
