Inconsistent product from a major brand
This WiFi robot vacuum was a let-down, primarily due to flawed software. It consistently cleaned the room's edges with the wrong side, missing dirt and debris because the rotary brush is installed on the opposite side of the robot. This major flaw severely impacts its performance, making it ineffective at thorough cleaning.

Don't expect big things
If you have a perfectly rectangular or square room with nothing in it then it'll do a decent job on carpet some of the time. If you have any furniture (chairs or coffee tables) in your room then it'll really struggle to find its way back to the charging dock, to the point where it'll take just as long vacuuming as it does travelling back to the dock.If you try it on a tiled or laminate floor where it's supposed to pick up crumbs then it'll do a better job although you'll probably need to set it to do the room 3 times. I told it to vacuum my kitchen tiled floor twice and it still had crumbs although rather than being at the edge of the room they were now scattered around because of the side brush. Perhaps making it do the room another round would have meant there would have been even less.Battery life on carpet with lowest suction (quiet mode) would probably last 2 hours as opposed to 3.I'm glad I got this on sale, not reliable enough for full price and would only recommend it as an entry level robot vacuum to see what it's like if on offer. I may upgrade to the LiDAR version in the future when that is next on offer as it would seem to handle obstacles much better with the extra sensor.I am considering returning this one as I purchased it primarily for carpeted rooms (carpet pile isn't thick either) where it seriously struggles to do the whole room. It thinks it's moving along the room whereas in reality it is actually going backwards and forwards along the same place although every so slightly farther along. For example one carpeted room I have had a few chest of drawers which really confused it. It spent 60% of it's battery and a little over an hour to do 50% of the room when it thought it had finished...

Basic design does the job
This is a straightforward basic design with basic software and a good price, it is good for my purpose.I use it to clean just one room and use another more sophisticated robotic vacuum cleaner to clean the rest of the house. The build is of a good quality.

Subpar Performance and Unreliable Support - Disappointing Experience with TP-Link
Having owned robot vacuums from various brands, I can confidently state that the TP-Link vacuum robot is the worst I've encountered. Placed in the bedroom, its performance is far from satisfactory as it consistently fails to clean the entire area upon activation. The robot leaves noticeable uncovered spaces, and its operational pattern seems excessively random.Dishearteningly, when reaching out to TP-Link support regarding these issues, the response was dismissive, asserting that the robot's behavior was considered normal and no resolution would be provided. This lack of accountability and effort to address customer concerns was highly disappointing.Regrettably, I had invested in two TP-Link robots, expecting a reliable and efficient cleaning solution. However, this turned out to be my biggest regret. Considering the subpar performance and unresponsive support, I am now actively seeking an alternative brand for my next vacuum robot purchase. Unfortunately, it seems that these TP-Link robots may end up contributing to electronic waste sooner than anticipated.
