I had a flare up of atopic dermatitis on my neck happen, maybe due to allergies, but the itching was driving me crazy and it was only getting worse as time went on. I bought this crème and it worked wonders! First photo shows what my neck looked like before application. After applying it the first time, the itching stopped after about 10 minutes. Applied it once more that day and by next morning the eczema was clearing up! The inflammation went down and the redness lightened. By day 3 all that’s left is a light pink appearance, as seen in the second photo. Glad I bought this stuff!
