Q: Is the serum suppose to be gritty?

My husband says that it is a little gritty.

Hi There - if you are having issues with the pump on the bottle this sometimes occurs when the product gets cold in the winter and becomes thick. You can warm it up for 10-15 minutes in some warm water to get it back to a room temperature. If you are still having issues with the pump please send us a direct message through Amazon and we will gladly send you a new pump.
