This tool is easy to use and clears out my pores!

Works well, just as described.

This was easy to charge via the USB port in my computer. After fully charging, I set it up in my bathroom. Now, I used a magnifying mirror as I employed this pore extractor ... that could help you as well! So, first, wash your face ... I used Liquid Neutrogena because it leaves behind no residue. Now, pat dry ... and then splash your face with fresh, clean water. Be sure that your face is truly wet. Now, take the spatula and push it slowly and carefully. It will really, really help to watch the video to get the device right-side up as well as the angle correct ... I found it invaluable.Now, I will be honest with you, I jumped the first time I used this because I wasn't expecting the overall feeling (which is a little "electrical"). And this device vaporizes the water as it touches it ... so there is always this veil of mist around your face ... it's really wild! So, it took a few seconds to get used to the feeling as well as the experience. But, once I really got into it, it was kind of fun! Even though I exfoliate (too often), use peel-away pore-cleansing masks, etc, I could still see a little material at the end of the spatula. Pretty interesting!Likewise, I used this with my favorite serum and it did seem to disappear into my skin faster/more efficiently. So, I think it is possible that this, too, works well. In this case, push the button twice until the light at the bottom appears blue (instead of white) ... and you will feel a "pulsing" sensation on the middle part of the spatula (as opposed to the end). It feels really nice!This is a unique device that does seem to produce results. Very innovative! Very much worth a try!

It does not clean out pores and makes no difference even after several uses

I was skeptical about this tool. I get build up on my chin and on the sides of my nose where my skin meets between the nose and the cheek. I can not find a way to clear these and when washing my face I feel them and it feels gross. I decided to give this a shot. You do have to use it with water as it needs to be able to glide. It scraps the surface of the skin so be careful that you do not cause any abrasions. You do not have to press hard and you can work slowly. The directions were easy to follow and the device is easy to use. The feel while using this is different because it is vibrating slightly. You will see water mist up. Remember to go slowly and lightly at first. You can guide how hard you want to press as you get use to using it. After my first pass I could see gunk build up on the spatula. More passes produced more gunk. The first time I used it I used it near my nose and on my chin. After a few uses I now use it over the majority of my face. I have learned that once I start feeling the gunk build up on my chin and around my nose I use the tool. I use it about once a week. It has made a huge difference in my skin and I am able to scrape a lot of build up out. Its best to use this after a shower at the end of your day because it does leave your skin read. After use I apply my normal skin care routine and call it a day. I have not used the secondary feature for infusion of serum yet.
