Nice quality filters. Seems to last a long time. Costs less. Will definitely buy again!

This does its job, and so convenient to have 2 instead of one every now and then. It has saved me space from not buying water bottles, not having to have a pitcher of water in my fridge, and very convenient for just water itself. The filter speed is your normal speed - it doesn't slow down or get stuck. There's no leakage, the quality is superb, and it usually lasts me a good 3-6 months.

I've purchased these before and they are pretty good for the price. They last just as long. The only thing they don't do is the extra filtration available in the more expensive filter for PUR. These are easy to use just pop them in the water filter case and run water for 5 minutes. Same design as the PUR filter that costs a few dollars more. Same good water that I feel comfortable drinking.

These filters are great. Very inexpensive, they install with ease and seem to do a good job filtering - the water taste good and doesn't show any obvious signs of chemicals or any other contaminants when it's filtered. Aqua Crest or whoever manufactures them says they last for 600 gallons, though, which is hilariously far from true. More like 100 gallons.

I'm rather alarmed that it filters so fast so quietly. That's a bad sign but extra convenient that I shouldn't complain about. The water tastes really great afterward. I've bought more. The real reason anybody buys this is to compare with PUR filter for health reasons and that's impossible to do without an independent laboratory assessment. I'm assuming it's filtering is half as good as PUR but it's a total guess. Since I can't afford PUR at all, I'd have to do without, this is a great alternative. For comparison, PUR brand filters very slowly and generates a fairly loud hum you can hear across the room.
