What if heart on hutch does not light up?

I've had this problem reported before. The fix was new batteries.

I bought mine on December. I still yet to get it delivered. How long will it take?

Never received mine. Ordered in December. Was provided a tracking number from China. Suddenly showed that it was delivered on February 18th but couldn't leave seller feedback until after March 20th. Do not buy from this seller!!!
