I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The cup arrived full of scratches, the buttons were damaged as if it had been dropped, and the handle was heavily scratched, making it look like a used item. After shipping all the way from the U.S. and paying a premium price, receiving such poor quality is very frustrating and unacceptable. Given the cost of the item and international shipping, I expected a much higher standard of quality and care.
