This is a great tripod. It's very versatile and can be used as a selfie stick or floor mounted tripod. It is very well constructed and very light. It folds down to a convenient size. At full extension it's the perfect height for me when doing a talking head to camera or drive by action shots. Super easy to use once you figure out how to get the legs to open. The design is very contemporary and the knurled ring screws are machined very nicely. Overall I think this is a great value and versatile tripod.

I am giving it 5 stars because it is solidly built selfie stick that is very useful and versatile. It feels secure to put on an action camera, phone or digital camera on it. For the phone you will need to buy a phone holder as well. It has a tripod that opens wide and I have no concern that it will hold a small camera stable for any kind of selfie/group shots or vlogging by yourself. My only issue with this was that it is quite big, more than 12 inches long, and it won't fit in any kind of pants or jacket pocket. You will need to either carry it in your hand or put it in a backpack/suitcase. Just keep that size in mind and if that's okay for you then this is a really good selfie-stick/tripod which can be a very useful around the house or on travel.

This tripod is really good, it’s easy to use when you’re carrying it around, it’s a good size and stretches to a good height. It’s an okay weight to carry around too. I attached my go pro onto it and it was great. The only problem is opening the actual tripod. It takes FORCE!! I thought I was doing something wrong trying to open it/thought I was going to break it. That’s the only reason I’m rating it 4 stars. I came to the reviews to see if anyone else had this problem and I did see a couple saying they had issues too. If you’re one of the people struggling like I was and are reading this- pull the three sides HARD. Get someone to help if you’re struggling!

Love it, really sturdy and great quality with come nice metal touches giving it a really premium feel. Very stable and multi uses for anyone looking for either a stand or a good selfie stick. Very pleased with this used with a GoPro hero 13 black.

Great product. I broke my first one as I tried to force it shut. Struggle to open the tripod legs, but I think that’s just me. Anyway I actually bought a second one as I was so upset I broke the original one.

Game changing tripod for vlogging. I use this with my gopro and it works very well.

I bought this to use with small video lights as a stand that can be used both for table top work and for small studio projects. For this purpose it is superb. Its well contsructed and has a solid feel to it. The only reservation is that at full height with a small LED panel light attached its not particularly stable and could easily be knocked over. The three legged design creates spaces where support is not good (midway between the feet) meaning a small knock in this direction will topple it over when at full height. At half height the stability is much improved. Also when using at full height it is prone to vibrating if even lightly knocked. For this reason you wouldn't want to use it with a camera if looking for a stable photography platform, even with a GoPro let alone a dSLR. Even with lights outdoor usage when its anything but a windless day still might be problematic. All that said if you know what you're getting and accept those limitations its a nice versatile piece of kit. If I decide I need another I may well get one of these unless I can find something more stable.

This is an excellent tripod selfie stick and was exactly what I wanted. There was just 1 problem - the camera tripod screw was slightly too long and my action camera was loose even when screwed tight. I solved the problem with a rubber washer I bought as part of a set from Amazon - 6mm hole and 1.6 mm thick. This has enabled me to fit my camera and GoPro adapters securely. The construction is good. You play about a bit with it to get used to setting the stick up.

Fantastic unit, I only received it today and have used it a few times to make videos for my YouTube channel, the tripod legs are very wide and keeps the camera very steady even when it’s windy outside. I definitely recommend this item

The tripod base is stable, the extension feels secure, and it’s a great option for vlogging, fixed shots, or standard camera use. If you’re using a regular camera or filming stationary content, this is a very reliable and well-built accessory. The only reason I’m returning it is specific to my use case. I was hoping to use it with my Insta360 for fully “invisible” selfie stick shots. Because of the tripod base design, the lower portion is visible in 360 footage. That’s not a flaw in the product — it just isn’t designed to be an invisible stick. If you’re not concerned about 360 invisible effects, this is a great, high-quality option.

I really like Ulanzi and have purchased a lot of small ballheads, as well as professional tripods (Treeroot) that I highly recommend. This is definitely not replacing my Treeroot tripod, but I was looking for a lightweight stand for lights, phones and smaller applications and this is a great one. I like the tilt head with fastening knob (much easier than twisting your camera or the entire tripod), and the height is perfect for me. A couple of things to note: it’s really only useful for level ground as there is only a tilt option, and because of the larger base platform (which I like for my purposes), it may not be entirely invisible if you use a 360cam with it.
