TechniSatJack RCA/SCART Adaptor Set for TechniSat Receiver (Suitable for DIGIPAL T2 HD and DIGIPAL T2 DVR, DIGIT S3 HD, DIGIT S3 DVR) Black

This product was misrepresented as suitable for use with a Manhattan Freeview unit to drive the SCART socket on a TV. The jack provided on the lead is 17mm in length and the Manhattan unit will only accept a 14mm jack. The jack did not fit and I couldn’t get a TV signal: just noise and distorted buzzing sounds. Very annoying and a waste of my time and money.

Despite strong indications on the page that it was suitable for use with a digi-box I had already purchased, turned out that the jack plug did not fit properly. Unfortunately I had already fitted the scart adapter into the TV and my attempts to get it back out caused it to begin to break. In future I will go directly to digital-box manufacturer for adapters

Poor quality, came apart when trying to insert the socket.
