Very good quality power supply.
Very good power supply for an even better price. I run this with a 5060 and have no issues with crashing or instability ever. Plenty of cable length, and have have never heard it running even though it never overheats, very quiet and has a very good price for what you get, no complaints.

Reliable and Quiet Budget PSU
Reliable and does the job. It’s non-modular, so cable management takes a little extra effort, but performance-wise it’s stable and quiet. Good budget-friendly PSU for mid-range builds.

Reliable and Efficient - MSI MAG A650BN Delivers
I recently upgraded my gaming setup with the MSI MAG A650BN Power Supply, and it's been an excellent decision. This 650W PSU is 80 Plus Bronze certified, which was a major selling point for me. It means the unit is not only energy efficient but also reliable in power delivery, a crucial aspect for gaming rigs. The compact size of the MSI MAG A650BN is a big advantage. It fits easily into my gaming case, leaving ample room for airflow and other components. Despite its smaller size, it packs a punch in performance, handling my gaming load without any issues. The build quality is solid, giving me confidence in its durability and long-term performance. It runs quietly, even under load, which is a pleasant surprise and adds to a more immersive gaming experience. Another aspect I appreciate is the range of connectors and the length of the cables. They are sufficient for a clean and organized setup, allowing for easy cable management. Overall, the MSI MAG A650BN Gaming Power Supply is a top-notch choice for gamers or anyone building a PC who needs a reliable, efficient, and compact power supply. It offers great value for its features and performance, and I highly recommend it.

acceptable quality power supply
stress testing it for a couple days, and so far no issues. i installed it into a small tiny case, and it was pretty easy to do. no issues at all. cable management wasnt hard to do, it fit right in my PSU basement. i have a zalman cubix g case and this worked flawlessly. cpu cable took about 10 seconds to plug in, 24 pin never clicked but it stays in just fine. its quiet enough. the pcie cable is a 6+2 pin and it pops apart so you gotta hold it together while you plug in your gpu. it is 650 watt so it should be enough for the vast majority of buget to mid tier pcs. UPDATE 1: the 24 pin on mine likes to wiggle loose from the motherboard if i take the computer apart to clean it. plugs are not very secure but it does work otherwise, and if you keep an eye out for it, it is a manageable issue.

Quiet power and meets my needs exactly
I replaced a 430 watt supply with this one. It might be overkill but it's working fine and temps all look good. I was concerned about the fan barely moving air but don't panic! It has semi-passive/zero RPM mode when it is operating in low load / temp. 650 watts are not struggling in my system at all. I'm not running a cutting edge gamer box and your needs might be greater.

Bought two - DOA
To begin, I've bought two of these while they were on sale. Great, right? No. So, when i bought the *first* psu available, I plugged it into the motherboard, confirmed if the 24 pin connector was connected and.. switch flip! Nothing. Okay, i decided to spare the time and return the psu, wanting to give MSI the benefit of the doubt. So once i got my refund, i bought another 'new' psu and inserted into my pc. Rinse and repeat, same process and... Nothing again? At that point, im not too sure if its the motherboard itself, or the psu, because i haven't heard either one spin on. Signaling its activation whatsoever. And here I am, wondering: "Why in the world did i get two defects at once"? At this point, im frustrated at having to return either item twice only to be disappointed. Maybe its my luck, or horrible quality control. Either way, I'm pretty sad as a result. Thanks, MSI. **UPDATE** So, turns out, its the motherboard that isn't working. I've done the paperclip method - and to my surprise, it works. So now, i have to figure out what else is going on.
