I am shocked to see lots of worm even after putting one scoop on the uncooked kitchen waste every time putting into the basket , my balcony where we have kept was surrounded with the worms , must be the compost maker was old stock, it was not dry powder, once it's fully open,how can I return?

Very good quality. Helps in microbes in a short time. The only down side is, the powder has foul smell. You need to use a face mask before using this
