I’ve been taking this for a couple of weeks and honestly didn’t expect much at first, but it surprised me. I’ve noticed better pumps at the gym and I don’t feel as tired during my workouts. It’s not anything crazy, but it does make a difference when you use it consistently. The capsules are easy to take and I haven’t had any issues with side effects.
