Kitsch Soft Nylon Hair Ties No Damage 12pcs - Black

I have fine thinning hair. I want something gentle to tie my hair up into a tiny pony tail but the plastic coils drag and pull at times. I got into silk ties and they work great except I need a better hold for gym and probably something less delicate as the silky ones are not good with sweat or extreme stretch for stronger hold. AI suggested me to buy these, and I thought that's a price of 20 packs for less than 1 scrunchie... worth a shot.However, despite how soft I like they feel, they glides off my hair so smoothly, even more so than slip skinny scrunchies with thick silk and folds which feels a bit of sang at times. I find 2 loops being too loose and 3 would pull and was disappointed at first, but that issue can be improved massively when I tried using 2 together as I like how the two colours look side by side. (They definitely look greener, like a greyed out green / sage in real life than on my screen anyway, and I'm glad I went on trusting the colour description and went with these) I see comments saying they go out of shape easily but I thought I might still see how they go on my fine & thin hair over time. Lot cheaper than slip scrunchies anyway... They actually glides more smoothly than the heavy silk on slip on my very fine hair with the soft and smooth surface.I went on and ordered the thicker 8 pack ones in lovely blue shades now that they are at 20% off too, to see if they work even better.

At first, I thought these would be too soft to hold my hair properly, but I was completely wrong. They have just the right amount of stretch and hold my hair securely without pulling. What I love most is how gently they come out—no hair getting caught or ripped out like with regular hair ties. They’re really comfortable to wear and much kinder to my hair. I’m so glad I gave them a try!

I am converted! I LOVE these ties. After going bald from illness and my hair has regrown, thin and delicate, traditional ties or bands were damaging my new hair. I tried these and as I tied my hair up for the first time I could feel a difference. You don't have to stretch them to the max to get a tight hold. They offer a secure fit whilst still having room in the band which allows the hair move with your movements and not break from being tied to tight. I have had much less breakage, in fact hardly any since using these and I will never go back to traditio ties. My husband now uses them to for his hair too. Thank you

Overall, these do the job. If you have long / thick hair that can’t usually be held up by standard hair ties and you’re looking for something stretchy that holds your hair in place - these are a great choice.My hair is very long and thick, like it goes down past my waist, so for people with shorter or thinner hair I’m sure you’d have no issues with these at all.Pros:- Very stretchy, kind of hard to show in a one handed photo but I was able to wrap these around 4-5 times- Holds my hair, I have put 2 on because I like my hair to feel extra secure / tight and I can say that it does. Although one on its own might be a little too thin for my preference- Soft, these dont tug on your hair. The soft material makes it great for reducing friction and damage.- Durable, I don’t get the feeling that these would be likely to break, purely because of how the elastic is so stretchy. The only thing is that once they’ve been stretched they kinda lose a bit of their original shape / they don’t bounce back super tight (but this happens with any hair ties like this in my experience).Cons:- A bit thin, this is the main drawback for me. They dont feel super sturdy, hence why I’ve layered 2. For the price they’re fine, but I have found better previously (and can’t for the life of me remember where I bought them), and those other ones feel thicker and more sturdy, I only need 1 to keep my hair tight and secured.- Might slip out, again, due to the soft material and the fact that theyre a bit thinner than I hoped, with just one it does feel like it could slip down throughout the day. 2 feels secure enough though so we’ll see.You can probably find better out there, but for the price they’re good. I don’t mind layering 2 to get that extra hold, but if I do find where I bought my go-to ones from then I’d be more likely to buy those again rather than these.

These are so great. Really secures thick hair without any issues at all, bands are stretchy and grippy. Zero headaches.

Too loose - I have thick hair and still had to wind it round 5 times for a close fit. They are comfortable enough.If I was buying again I’d choose a different brand.

Really love the elasticity of these bobbles. Can tie make a tight pony tail and hold my very thick hair up. Would buy again.

These are by far the best hair ties I’ve ever used. They don’t pull or break your hair, and gently stay put all day. My hair is fine and has texture, but even when I straighten it, the hair ties hold perfectly. A great find!

Wonderful for curly hair! Even my wavy haired fiancé loves it. The elastics do not snap; instead they stretch. Best ones we’ve ever used! Also my hair doesn’t shed as much when I take them out which is nice. Do recommend.
