Q: Has anyone accidentally put this through the washer? Says to not submerge, should I toss it?

No idea. I’d think if it’s dry it would be like any other stuffed animal that I’ve washed in the washer. The plastic may melt with high heat if put in dryer but air drying should be fine and fluff in dryer for a few minutes on low heat or air. Not sure why you can’t submerge.💁🏻♀️

Q: How do you disinfect it if you can’t wash it? My baby puts this toy in a mount all the time. Thank you.

I haven’t given our son this Itzy Ritzy yet; but we’ve had a small one like it for a long time and I wash it with dish soap and lay it out to dry for a few days.
