Obviously, it isn't a bag witj 5 lbs of mix. It could be a bag that should hold 5 lbs. Sounds like they are misrepresenting their product or at least the weight

The instructions were rubbed off so can someone tell me what the instructions for the corn dog mix is?

Add 10 to 12 ounces per one pound of mix. If your making less than 1 lb of batter, I start at 4 ounces of water to 1/2 lb and adjust accordingly. I tend to make my batter a little thicker.
