I recently had a hip replaced and while most people don't need to worry about height issues, I am only 5 feet tall. Getting in and out of some vehicles posed a challenge and initially so did getting and out of the shower. With a shower base only only 6" high, I still needed a little help. This step was the perfect height and wide and deep enough for both feet. Very sturdy and slip resistant, this will get used again when I have surgery to replace the other hip-- probably used long afterward for places in the house where I need just a little extra height to reach something.

As a senior striving to stay healthy, I desperately needed this product! This stool perfectly fit my need for something reliable and safe to stand on while in a shower/bathtub away from home. I hate my feet touching the surfaces of someone else's shower or bathtub (be it on a cruise ship, in a hotel--wherever). The HBTower Step Stool works very well! Needed an extra step to help others into my SUV and the solid stability is a huge plus. From the ease of use to pull the stool out very easily to the comfort of the non-slip grips on the bottom and on the top are great! I don't have to worry about the stoll sliding under a person's feet. Plus, the manufacturer has an online warranty is very nice addition to my purchase. This is wonderful sturdy step stool. I had a hip replacement and this was perfect getting in and out of bed. Safe too.

It's not high off the ground, big standing platform with slippers resistant top, doesn't slide around while standing on it. It's been very stable and isn't far off the ground so no tap chance of injury either. It's easy to move around looks and is well made. No assembly needed at all. It comes in the color black.

Perfect size and price. I needed this to help my mom get into the car. She is over 250 pounds and it was sturdy and worked well. It is lightweight and durable.

I use this step stool for a client to get into bed. It is very sturdy, a good size and stays stationary to boost into bed. 👍😊

Very pleased with this stool. My bed is quite high so this stepper is not too much height, but just enough, to step up with ease. It is strong and stable and the tiny raised bumps make it feel secure and not slippery. Useful anywhere in the house where you need a little extra boost in height. I'm 5' 6 so not short, but not that tall either and this sool is useful for getting a clock off the wall to change or grab something from a top kitchen shelf or for the bed, as stated. Can recommend this with confidence. Nice that it's black so it kinda blends in well and doesn't stick out.

A perfect half step when mobility is an issue. It’s sturdy and doesn’t tip - unless - Second day of using mine I never put on the light at there it’s always enough light coming through the window, unfortunately I forgot it was there and because its black on a dark wood floor I stepped down on the edge of it and fell hard. Bruising and sore ribs later. I wish it came with a fluorescent strip around it or something to make it more visible on dark floors. Anything for silly people like me. I still love it, I am just more careful now as it has left me quite nervous using. Please make sure you tell your senior to look before stepping I would hate someone else to fall like I did.

very sturdy with non slip features

This was all I needed to get into bed - just a little lift. It is solid and safe. Would work on carpet or floor as it has non slip pads on it. Bought one for indoor as well as outdoor use.

Buy this product! I'm quite forgetful so I ran over it a few times and it still survived. I finally forgot it in a parking lot and went back for it and it was gone. I ordered a similar product from another maker and it wasn't the same. This stool is sturdy, non-slip and practically indestructible. My elderly mother has mobility issues and this helps her get in my vehicle quite nicely.
