No, it works on Galaxy Z-fold 3 Galaxy Z Flip 3, S21 Ultra, Galaxy Note series, and Galaxy tab S7 FE, S7/7+, S6 Lite, S6 S4.

It is magnetic but it doesn't work as well as the original pen that came with the tablet.

why is this pen n?ot connecting

Do check your device screen protector sometimes there are screen protectors that can block stylus pens just like the S7 FE (fan enabled). To charge and sync your S7 pen. Place this on the pen dock on your device tablet or phone with pen point facing down to avoid the device camera. Then go to your device settings to pair the S7 stylus pen. This should recognize the pen as it charges it as well. If the pen has “air” features one can hold the pen and make motions of writing and such as Galaxy Note devices will recognize the motions of writing and transcribe the notes on your device please make sure to double click the pen prior to the air motions. Also once it’s charged (takes about 40s) and paired, restart your device shut it down then reboot it to allow syncing of your pen to your device please also check your screen protector this may be the cause of why your S7 isn’t working. Make sure that the SP is compatible with your Galaxy note or tablet with use of an S7 FE or just S7 pen. This pen is also compatible with the newer Galaxy phone devices such as Z-fold, S22/23, S22/23 Ultra. My sister-in-law replaced her and was also purchased from Amazon and hers works!
