I live in a strict apartment complex that forbids gym equipment like a weight bench, they want you to use their gym facility instead. I don't like gyms. So I was just doing calisthenics and decided to get these resistance bands to add a little something extra to the routine. So far, so good. I can easily grab these and fit in some exercise here and there throughout the day when I'm home. Note that the door anchor will peel paint off the corner of the door and the door frame inside. I put mine near the hinges of the door instead of where it opens and closes so any damage will be less noticeable. I started with the 25 lbs. just to get going and have worked my way up to the 55 lbs. band in a couple months. I adjust some of the exercises I like compared to how they show them on the poster, I don't like when the resistance band hits part of my body during the exercise so I find ways to change my grip or stance as needed to avoid that. Just want smooth, consistent motion. Stick to your routine, don't overdo it and keep at it. Better to do light exercise consistently over months than to strain yourself and stop after a couple weeks.

These resistance bands are very thick and high quality. They are heavy duty beyond any resistance bands I've ever had and facilitate a variety of strength-training workouts that target specific muscle groups and one's core in general. They can make it through carry-on airline travel and the TSA (at least one can space permitting).

These elastic bands seem to be very well made thick and very dullable even the ends with the material is very heavy duty in our opinion would recommend this product

Seems well made. Sturdy. Many different exercises. Would have like double the same weight bands for dual arm work. The leg cuff is great, along with the door insert for leg work. Need heavier wts. for people already in good shape.

I like the large handles since they don't cramp my hands. The tubes are made from natural rubber which I think is a healthy option! So many resistance weight options! Included is a screw down fixture for the bands I'm not using that but it's nice to have! I only had one problem; the over the door strap didn't fit my chosen door. Lucky I had the old one from a previous resistance band set! I put a hand towel on the tube so the tube doesn't rub on the plastic guide and squeak. Cheers!

Works great! assembly is quick and easy to figure out. I only used it a few times but can definitely tell it’s pretty good quality for the price. Doesn’t feel cheap and the clips seem solid.

Compré un segundo set de ligas Walito, pero la de 25 libras se rompió a la primera sesión. Me siento un poco decepcionado. Ojalá pudiera contactarme con el fabricantre para que me cambie la liga de 25 libras.
