Can this model be installed on a flat concrete roof?

Yes. This model is specifically for flat roofs.

Is there any reason this should not be installed in a mobile home? How do you shorten the tube?

No idea about the mobile home issue. I cut any excess tube with tin snips. Be careful very sharp.

Can the tube be shortened for the distance between the flat roof and the ceiling?

The length of tubing may be trimmed on site to shorten as needed for the application.

How long is the tube? I have a 2 foot tall crawl attic between the roof and ceiling. Want to be sure it's long enough.

The kit comes with 2 tube sections so you should be able to span your 2' attic space adequately.
