I love this supplement, I tried some before and really noticed a differences in how I felt when I ran out, I've told all my friends, you got to try this stuff! I haven't always had good experiences buying vitamins online but my local grocery store stopped carrying these so I gave it a try and they arrived in great shape! They help me fall asleep at night plus they're just fun you know? A big old gummy vitamin for adults!

This is the kind of magnesium you really want. I vary between a dose of one or two, and it helps me for multiple applications, from relaxing before bed, to muscle recovery (and lately I have been doing a lot of advanced sports activities). Bye-bye, restless legs! I take this every night before bedtime and my legs are no longer kicking! The taste of the product isn’t that bad either. It’s not overly sweet, not overly better, it’s just right.

Unfortunately these gummies will never get purchased again. The main reason is the size of the gummy is enormous and one gummy only contains 50 mg. So you have to chew 2 of these to get 100 mg . The taste and texture are almost unbearable to get down. I found another brand of gummies that pack only one gummy is needed.
