good stone grinder.
It works well and I made a lot of chocolate in it. After a few hours of running, the temperature goes up to 45C° (113F°) or even higher, but that is not an issue for my purposes. I just paused for a little bit and continued later.

Grinds Well
I have only used this twice so far, but it definitely works for my needs. I make chocolate from scratch and really needed something to smooth it out.I'm considering using it for hummus next!

Clean it by grinding some lentils and throwing out the ground pastes.
Got it at a good deal. I did not like standing next to my mixer grinder while grinding idli dosa batter. In this I do very less intervention and get amazing results.Great tip is to adjust the top screw tightness to control the coarseness level of grinding. Tighter is finer ground grains.Parts have plastic which may break. But so are its competition parts and is a norm for these grinders.At the price I bought it was good deal. In India it sells cheaper but in US 110 V model is expensive.This is heavy obviously because it’s made of stone. No brained if you make idli dosa batter often.Also like the water spreading cover which is unique to this model.

So far very nice unit
Changing my original review. It seems the stone go back to more original color as they are wash and dry and I see others stones act. The same. Raising to 5 star. Very good quality for the money, Old review: Arrived today, used it to smooth some cocoa beans and the wheels and the base turned black. I was able to wash some off but not all yet. Wondering what I could do about this? Other than that, the unit seems to be very nice quality and ran without issues and smoothed out the cocoa beans very nicely. I’d like to find the answer to the black on the stones. I’ve heard it happens with several different brands, but haven’t seen a consensus so what it is. I’ll probably change this to five stars once I figure out this issue.

Need Wet grinder.. go for it.
1 month usage. Super satisfied so far. It is perfect for Idli Dosa Dhokla battar. Any wet grinding, this is the machine to go for. Worth the money.
