Great product! It's nice to have that emergency helper on standby in the event you or someone else needs assistance. I have used mine twice so far. It was a breeze to use and cranked my car right up.I like this product so much my wife recommended that we give some as gifts. So far, we have gifted two, one to a neighbor and one to family. I specifically bought this one because it is rated to crank my 6.7 Diesel. Love it!!

First jump start pack wouldn't charge - USB-C connector didn't seem to click into the port like it should. Amazon made it right and replaced it quickly. Second jump pack charges as expected - USB-C connector clicks solidly into the port and takes a charge as it should. Unit functions as expected. Beyond the one's USB-C port, quality seems great. Instructions included are clear-enough. Light, while not focused like a flashlight, is very bright and will serve its purpose. Good product!

This jump starter has saved my butt more times than I can count. I spend a lot of time outdoors where there’s no cell service, so when your battery dies, AAA isn’t coming.This thing is incredibly easy to use, starts my vehicle every time, holds a charge for a surprisingly long time, and is small enough to fit in the center console. The built-in flashlight is a great bonus, and I love that it can also charge my electronics on it.

Got this last summer when a battery at our lake cabin went dead and we didn't have a way to pull up a vehicle to jump it - it worked immediately! A few months later, I left the car lights on overnight and this unit immediately got me back on the road. Used it for the 3rd time yesterday when the battery on our boat went dead from leaving the running lights on. We first tried jumping the boat with another boat, but it didn't turn over. Got this unit from the car, it was still at 100% charged after 4 months of no use and again, immediately started up the boat battery. Converted my brother, who was feeling defeated after the other boat jump didn't take. He's now planning to buy one and I just ordered a 2nd one to keep on our boat. We are very impressed!!

This jump start battery really holds a charge well and has worked where other jump starters failed. It recently started three vehicles within 24 hrs.

I used it to jump my car (sedan) this morning and it worked like a charm. As a matter of fact, I used another card and traditional cables and my car wouldn't turn over. Once I strapped this on, it worked perfect. I am recharging it now and it does take a while, but if you let it recharge over night, I bet it would be fine. Instructions could be a bit more clear but fairly understandable.The cable length shouldn't be an issue, but I can make an argument for them to be longer.The best thing about it is the carrying case that comes with the cords and how fast it worked to make my car start.

Had unit for about a year now. Thus far, it is working well and is easier to deal with than old large jump starters. I do wish this type of jump starters had longer leads as they can be difficult to use for lawn mowers and such but all of the lithium ion style units appear to be this way. I'm sure it's to reduce loss over the relatively thin leads but it's still annoying.

This thing rocks! Easy and quick to use and it will jump my battery at least 4 times per charge. Maybe more but I haven’t pushed it. I think it still worked when it was at 12% power remaining. Holds a charge indefinitely afaic. Cables seem built to last. Great product.
