This is a very good item. A little bigger than a small matchbox and very easy to configure. I use it to open the gate on my property from anywhere in the US, opend from Texes and my gate is in Little Rock AR, I don't have to give someone a code to get in and then remove it when I get back. I have a camera connected to a separate WIFI and can see who is at the gate before I open it.

Worked with my CO-Z gate opener. Works good. I installed the Wifi module. And it opens my gate. It doesnt close it. But im able to switch for AutoClose for 15seconds.L1 line goes to COM and L2 goes to OSC. S1 and S2 are for open close Sensors

Great product for the price. A little wonky if your 2.4ghz and 5ghz WiFi share the same name though. Works best on a dedicated 2.4ghz IOT network.

Could not get it to be recognized by my Samsung Android phone

Instructions are horrible lets just say it comes with no instructions but once you figure it out, it works amazing and my gate unit is over 15 years.

Once I got it installed and connected, it works great! Highly recommend.However, I've gotta knock the instructions that really don't give a lot of help with install. If you know what you're doing then it's easy enough to figure out, but I could see a novice struggling with it. Note that this has to be wired to 120v AC, and should not be attempted unless you know what you're doing. The door closed sensor/switch is a magnetic switch and you need to pay special attention that you don't mount it in a way that interferes with the door opening/closing and that the magnet is mounted in a repeatable door fully closed position. The magnet isn't super strong so it can't be very far from the switch.Additionally, the app connectivity was a bit of a pain. I could not manually connect it to my WiFi and had to enable location and bluetooth to find the SSID. Also, because it is 2.4Ghz, it didn't seem to play well with the 'smart' Wifi that has 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz on the same SSID. Not a huge deal - I just enabled a password protected guest connection to connect it to, but it could have been a little more straightforward.
